Skills and Experience
The world of technology and software moves fast.
Since my first time touching a computer that had no connection to a network, the power and utility has fascinated me. I first started learning through doing. In the age of dial-up internet, information wasn’t as readily available as it now is. “Cloud Compute” wasn’t a thing, yet. So, learning how to configure web servers and services HAD to come first, even though all I wanted to do was host my own website, as a child. These skills that I learned along the way proved to be of value later in life, and ultimately my career.
I’ve done my best to keep this list “high-level” and break down the enormous complexities within each heading in separate lists and contexts.
